The staff is extremely impolite and unwilling to do anything a normal apartment complex would do. There excuse is constantly COVID and they suggest for you to pay for things since “they don’t have it”. The “maintenance” staff that they claim they have are either blowing leaves around the complex, moving sprinklers or driving around an exhaust cut truck at 6AM. The managers are a joke as well. Do not move in because you will be regretting it since day 1.

Great place to live. Well kept grounds. Maintenance on site 24/7 and fast reply when needed. Comfortable and quiet most of the time. I have been here more than 10 yrs and have no plans of moving any time soon.

Where do I even begin? The ONLY positive thing I can say about this place is the location is prime, right near restaurants and a beautiful trail. Other than that, living at Apple Ridge was a nightmare. So much so that when we were looking for new apartments I immediately crossed it off the list if it was managed by Edward Rose. We had problems with mold, stink bugs, nothing ever working (including the wall air), it was a train wreck after train wreck. I have put in several work orders over the last month for the same issue and every time I call the office, they act like it’s the first time I’ve called. The office staff will never remember your name or that you even live here. I avoid going there or calling them at all cost. They are rude and condescending every time I even speak with them on the phone. I pay my rent on time, every month and I think that I should be treated with the utmost respect, as I am one of the reasons they even have a job.
