I have lived here for 4.5 years. I have had no issues until this year. Office staff seems to always be a month behind and I'd say about 40% of the time they come off rude and really unwilling to take responsibility for a mistake. Yes I signed a lease, but you still have to provide good customer service to your tenants. I'm not a dollar sign. If I pay for something, I want quality service in return. The apartment I was in constantly had these weird tan ants even after pest management came out 3 times. The office knew exactly what kind of ants because one of the employees had them in her apartment too. Make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING when you leave. My roommate and I took excellent care of our apartment and yet we got charged for an entire carpet replacement. The office told us one of the reasons for replacing the carpet was because it was worn. Save yourself the trouble and find a different apartment complex.
Decent for the amount you pay. Internet is expensive but I have good service. Its decent for a young person like myself. Office staff is always welcoming a and courteous. Maintenance is quick to get issues resolved, usually next day.
There apartments aren't bad and just small. They are cheap and affordable for most.
