Very good people and understanding
Sale agent was very encouraging for me to visit your dealership and test drive the Edge. I was contemplating to trade my 2008 Buick Enclave for Ford Edge.
Called to ask about vehicle listed with wrong trim level. Informed them of mistake. It's been a month... It's still listed as two trim level higher than it is. They are a one price dealer and I asked if she could inquire if there could be movement on the price. She said they were a fixed price dealer and couldn't. I reiterated that if it priced based on being the trim level listed... It obviously would have be lower if priced as the correct trim. She repeated to state they were fixed price. Disappointing. The particular vehicle we looked at had huge rust issues that were not disclosed in pictures or description. I'm talking safety issue level rust hole inside the door. The salesman we met, Erik, was a good honest guy who immediately pointed it out to us. He said he would talk to management about updating the description but I don't know if it was done.
