They contacted Mr quickly and we're great to deal with
The dealer was proactive with their communication, but when I asked for an out- the-door price I found that they added pricey add-ons that could not be removed, on top of the advertised price. In the end, I chose to buy from a different dealership that does not use this tactic.
Fast response
I contacted dealer for OTD price, I got that but then I asked for a breakdown of the OTD price, no response. I even called them and still have not gotten what I’ve asked for. Something tells me they don’t want to sell vehicles. They just want you to come on in and waste your time. I’ll look elsewhere for a vehicle.
Car was advertised on Cargurus, but it was not on the Koons lot. Not sure how that happens. A week later, and it’s still not on the lot. I call shenanigans.

I did not end up going to look for a car I thought I was going to but the dealership contact me was very helpful.
I have spoken to so many people I honestly don't remember but everyone was very nice so far.
They responded promptly to my inquiry for pictures and the carfax for the vehicle. I got two emails from a manager, then a salesperson. I received a total of four emails, but never the pics/video I asked for...
Purchased the vehicle from Jordan. Very nice to deal with but was a little disappointed that it wasn't as clean as they said it would be and did not have a full tank of gas as they said it would, more like a quarter.
