Great Customer Service And Friendly Really Saw that I wanted the Car And Found Lowest Interest Rate They Could Get for Me And Even worked with me on my Trade In Definitely Definitely Recommend this Place I will be sending Business There Way
Poor customer service. Called by a lady who said they were "agressive" on trade ins. I gave her the information and a while later a guy calls and low balls me on my car. I made an offer and was told that they were firm on the price. Sometime in between these conversations I recieved an email saying they lowered the price of the car by $500. I think this is dishonest and would not recommend them.
Dealer was very helpful. Great test drive, great car in general.
First car wouldn’t start one car smelled like a cigarette and one they didn’t have sold over a month ago. Was very disappointed I have bought over 9 vehicles at this dealer and this was by far the worst experience I have had here. Salesman didn’t even care I had a cash deal to buy and they didn’t even try to find me a vehicle.
The car was ready for me when I arrived and the sales staff was excellent.
Good follow-up and courteous.
So far , everything good as far as the communication.. ! I haven't been to their facility yet..
