Great experience with looking at the vehicle i am interested in.
Derek was our salesman and he was awesome. He was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. We had a great experience with buying a replacement car for my wife. I would diffidently recommend them if you are looking to buy a new car
Really poor. Her follow-up was spotty and when I asked questions she sent me a link to all the listings and a map. Pretty poor compared to the competitors.
The car I was looking at was sold but still listed. I was inquiring about a Mustang convertible and when responding the salesperson sent info on 3 Ford Fusions. Even after explaining I was looking at convertibles there was no offer to help locate one. The dealer stopped comminicating back with no explanation. Disappointing experience. I bought a car at another dealer 3 days later.
Excellent dealership. I live in TX and Bought the truck up in MN. Best deal in the USA.
