I've purchased over 12 vehicles in the past 20 years, so I've seen all the games and tricks. None of that occurred with Apple Auto. Very professional and straight forward. They didn't low-ball trade in offer on my Lexus (an off-brand for them), and even left it slightly open ended in order to make the sale agreeable for both parties. My purchase was also a used off-brand for them (BMW), but they still treated it as a legitimate deal. All in all, definitely one of the better car deals I've done.
Practiced social distancing and other precautions to make my wife and I comfortable and safe. No pressure sales.
Contacted amd said vehicle was in transit that was at 6 pm but b4 9 am the next day she notifies me that it had been sold!! Don't believe her, called her bluff. Got call from supervisor trying to make excuse
Corey was very nice and showed the vehicle I was interested in to me. Only issue was that I did not feel the deal was acceptable to me. I thought my trade vehicle was valued low when vehicle I was interested in has damage to driver front quarter panel and the front has been touched up put poorly and the sides have also been touched up on the black and have areas peeled off. Dealership was clean, lots of inventory and the sales person was fantastic. The business/finance guy was a little off the mark, not sure many people would add $130 to a $212 payment for extended warranty, paint sealer, interior protection etc.
