I was contacted by the online rep who sent my info to the sales manager. The sales manager never contacted me with any info after I repeatedly sent requests for an immediate online sale. After 5 days of this I noticed the ad was gone and I tried one more time to reach him and he called me saying the van still showed up on his list. Then about 10 minutes later called again and said it sold the day before. I was wanting to buy it 5 days before that! Terrible management.

Very rude and unprofessional, believe it was Mr. Smith. I told him what I was looking for a certain price and was told I should look into vehicles between 45-50 thousand dollar range instead of saying if you put so much down or it'll be this amount. I felt belittled because I can afford anything I want but trying to be smart in this climate we're in today. Need people skills or sensitivity training. It's called negotiation.

Excellent experience. Did a video tour and test drive and then they met me two hours away to test drive and buy.

It took them all day to respond to my question. Then when they did call and set up a visit, she had to call back and tell me not to come out yet. She couldnt find the truck, said she would call me right back. Never heard from her untill the next week, telling me it was gone. wasted all day waiting to hear from them for nothing.
