My MacBook Air's battery was failing to hold a charge right before several major assignments were due, and while I knew I needed a battery replacement ASAP to get any work done on time, I was really worried that it would take the 3-5 business days they predicted to even have access to the files I needed. Jeff was really understanding of my situation and replaced the battery for me himself the same day. Everyone was very kind and accommodating—fantastic service!
I had an amazing visit at this particular Apple Store. Everybody there was super helpful and helped me find my way to go as soon as I walked in the door. You don't get this anywhere else. I also couldn't forget working with English at the Genius Bar. He was very nice about everything and wasn't just there to fix my phone; he made sure to ask how my day was going and what I did for work. Questions like this make it easy to forget your phone is malfunctioning on your day off of work. Thanks Apple!
I had a very good time at the Apple Store downtown Boston I was locked out of my phone it kept telling me it was disabled they got me in and up and running THANK YOU APPLE DOWNTOWN
After being told that my wait time for the Genius Bar was in an hour/hour and a half I said that was fine and walked around. I waited 2 hours until I asked again. A guy told me it's almost my turn, in a few minutes. I was around people who made my appointment after me and had someone help them before me. Another hour passed until it was finally my turn.
