See this is great customer service! Our two Apple laptops with no battery and charger plug doesn't fit with our adapter(s) - requirement to board our plane later today is that we can turn them on. Went to the Apple Store and they offered that we could just charge them in the store :-)! #SavedTheDay!
A 3 hour experience... sadly wasn't offered any troubleshooting to fix my phone. Instead they talked me into buying a new one.
