Very slow service. It’s early and not many people yet. A lot of service members on the floor but still waiting for someone to serve. I don’t think Steve would like to see this kind of service quality at his store.

Friendly staff, that's for sure. And happy to have the battery upgrade done. But the wait for an iPhone battery was three hours and no one told me that until I got there. I lost a half a day of work because of this. Had I known in advance I could have scheduled something to fill the time. So that plus paying $30 for the privilege...not great!
Had to go back after they change battery on the next day to get a complete re-fit. Kind of a waste of time. We did get the phone fixed though.

Really impressed with the team and Oz specifically. I had an odd issue with my product and the whole crew at apple addressed my concerns quickly, effectively and qualitatively. They resolved my concerns in a generous fashion and I’m very thankful for their help. Keep doing what you do!
