The worst experience to date. Completely unable to get in touch with them regarding my MacBook Pro repair. The technical side has been unable to contact them for 2 days. My computer is still at the store and I should not have to make a second trip in person just to obtain the necessary information.
Apple Columbia in Maryland, I am beyond upset at the treatment I received today at the Apple store. They have officers guards, and said I need an appointment, I told them I just had an appointment and drove an hour out of my way to Reston VA Market street store because I had a scratch on my new IPhone 12. I was beyond upset after spending $800 dollars, so they said they would give me a new phone for $ 29.99 cost. I accepted but it was not a new phone. Extremely rude customer service. Lack knowledge in their own policy. Refused to release my iPhone to me because I did not have an ID. Although the person who’s name was on the credit card used to purchase was also with me they refused to release it to them also. Their rules online say that they can release it to the purchaser. They made me run to my car to get my registration and also a piece of mail and when I returned they said it wasn’t good enough. So why did they ask me to go and get it at all.
