Even with an appointment you have to wait a few minutes for someone to come assist you. But Patrick was AWESOME, definitely left as a satisfied customer today!!
Good interior, kind staff.
Took an appointment 5 days ago and had to wait 15 minutes before i spoke with the woman close to me who had been waiting for an hour. I decided to leave as I cannot waist my time in a apple store, when appointments are in place and they do not respect them. Once I went to the "genius" and let her know I was leaving she did not care and she wanted only to know my name to delete me from the list. Very badly managed store. Every minute in there cost me $ for the time I wated. Really sad Apple as you could have better employees ... read more
Apple has a defective battery in certain phones which they are aware of. This store has no replacement batteries in stock because they didn't think they'd need as many? I guess the Geniuses have no way to estimate how many phones they sold? You have to wait a week and come to the store 3 times all told to get a proper working phone. After having to add more dollars to get AppleCare you still get no service.
