Hands down the best Apple Store in Massachusetts!!!
I love all Apple stores but this one is special! Employees are super nice and costumer service is the greatest.
Checked in for a repair service. Waited 2 hours. Worse waiting time than RMV... It's call the Genius Bar. Nothing genius about it. The damnedest service ever. I canceled my reservation.
