You are the biggest sack of shit store I have ever seen. I called to replace my computer charger and apple tells me I just need to have my serial code then once I get there you tell me I need the charger so I go all the way home and come right back walking is this fucking snow and you close early because it's snowing even though the weather doesn't get bad for another 3 hours.
I'm still sitting here, my genius bar appointment was supposed to start 45 minutes ago guy just abandoned me, useless
Awesome customer service at the Genius Bar. Twice over the last month I've had time sensitive computer-related emergencies, and both times I was in and out within an hour even without an appointment. You guys are really aware of people's needs, you help them efficiently, and you've got great tastes in music to boot. Keep it up!
I went there to replace the sleep/awake button of my iphone5. The staff there are very professional and fast. Whole process done within 10 minutes.
