Outstanding service! Dropped my laptop off at 2:15 and they had it fixed by 4:00! Working with a great tech, Jeff now to reinstall from my time capsule!
No respect for people's time! They really need to look into this as customers have to wait and then when their turn comes. The phone is spoilt and nothing can be done about it.
Why do they schedule appointments when they can't even come close to honoring them. Apparently they have no respect for their customers' time. Maybe if they had less people standing around the store scheduling people and more people actually servicing the customers things would work better.
I switched over from being a PC lover today to a MacBook enthusiast! I desperately needed a new, top of the line computer for the upcoming school year and internship this semester. Kyle and Tim were fantastic and provided some of the best customer service I've had from anywhere. Kyle was very patient in my decision making and guiding me through the purchase process. i have an IPhone i love so much and ill pour heart out at the apple store..
I would like to thank the employees at the Genius Bar at Apple for recovering my MacBook hard drive. Last night I was studying on the Radcliffe Quad and the sprinkler system turned on soaking both me and more importantly my laptop. It won't bring back a functioning computer however I am extremely grateful for still having all my files.
