Applaud Property Management have been the best management company I have dealt with. They are efficient and deal with any issues quickly. Amanda and Graeme both provide a personal service and went above and beyond to help with a complicated sale. Amanda was very thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Am giving this company a five star review because Graeme gives a fantastic , professional & very thorough service . Very well recommended in my experience and the best of several different firms that have managed the block of flats that I call home . The other firms never came on site , Graeme regularly visits and updates myself and the other owners on a regular basis .
Applaud Property Management are a dedicated, efficient and simply brilliant property management company. Our block of flats had been left in such a mess by our previous incompetent and negligent management company (i.e. service charge debts racked up, unpaid services - window cleaning etc., lack of basic communication, continuous errors with our annual budget, lack of basic record keeping and multiple administrative errors - I could go on). Applaud took over management of our block in Highams Park, E4, in 2023. Graeme and Amanda have done an incredible job in getting control of the finances, correcting some of the terrible previous mismanagement and starting to implement positive changes to maintain and enhance the site. I couldn’t recommend their services more highly.
Amanda went above and beyond for us after Applaud took over the management of the lease for our Flat. Its clear that Applaud has an eye for detail and an incredible knowledge of law and legislation. We required an amendment to our lease before selling and she guided us through a process that may have otherwise been challenging and complicated. She kept in regular contact with both myself and my partner and reassured us throughout. Easily a 5 star rating
