Thank you Kellie and Louiza; you are both so knowledgeable and professional! I purchased a womens health package and found sessions with Louiza incredibly helpful and improvements in just 8 weeks! Would return and recommend

Started doing 1:1 pilates with Anastasia a year ago (thanks to continuous horrible lower back disc injuries). Cannot express how helpful it has been in strengthening and learning about my body! Would highly recommend anyone, injury or not, to partake in pilates and particularly with a meticulous instructor like Anastasia! Again thank you for all the help, i feel so much more able!!

Seems like a nice studio, I booked through ClassPass and was shown around. Ended up waiting for a class that was cancelled without being informed. Receptionist was not very apologetic and instead tried pushing me to sign up for their membership offer, after this not so great first impression! I was then booked onto another class, which was also cancelled, as I was the only one who signed up! I wanted to see if I could book another class, but the receptionist said the only option is havng my credits refunded, but they haven’t... read more
