They booked my test slot 4 times for home collection, once didn't send anybody, lied that the guy had an accident. Rescheduled, then again after waiting holding urine in morning for 2 hours, they call up to say that their guy had an accident. Then after questioning, they straightaway lied again. My tests are pending now since 10 days thanks to these guys. It's only when their home collection guy came and took the samples the next day that we could complete our tests. He was helpful, but the reception staff experience was bad
