Very easy moving in process! Was shown everything when I moved in and questions answered. It was around the Christmas period too so the extra mile was appreciated! Easy recommendation
I lived here for nearly 3 years and the experience was horrible. They only care about extracting as much money from you whilst providing as little as possible. The buildings are "new" but each flat has constant issues. I had numerous issues with heating not working, leaks, furniture breaking easily, door handles becoming loose after a few uses etc. The elevators were out of order for months. The doors downstairs constantly broken as a result Female residents were being stalked and harassed inside the buildings by random drug... read more
