I leave them one star because there is no other option. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Having requested my day off at work and with a confirmation in viewing the day before, it seems that they decide that it is correct to cancel a viewing 45 minutes before, when I was already on my way. Of course, I only saw the email when I was already at the door of the apartment. The most incompetent bunch of property managers I have ever come across. Correspondence with them was infuriating due to their severe incompetence, despite repeatedly and specifically telling them the exact issues we were having. The end result was a property being flooded 7 times due them not fixing the issues or grasping the problem. Landlord registration and MPs had to be contacted and Edinburgh Council had to intervene. And no the issue is still not resolved. I would not inflict this awful firm on my worst enemy.
