APEX recently carried out work on our communal tenement roof and chimneys. The work was carried out professionally, with the final bill matching the quote given. Communication with Scott was always friendly and efficient and he and his team did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
I needed a lot of remedial work done on my roof recently and decided to try Apex Roofing who have a good reputation for a high standard of work. I was not disapointed. Communication was great throughout the process with any changes or alterations to the plan being discussed in full. We used them to carry communal repairs on the gutters and pipes in an old tenement building. The person that I met was different from the person that wrote the quote and different from the persons that did the actual work. Extremely poor communication between them. I was told and quoted for changing a certain length of gutters but the workers did not change all of them. I had to complain a few times to the company before being taken seriously. Great experience during difficult and stressful period with a roof leak over the Christmas period. Apex we’re great to work with and I would highly recommend them for quality of work and professionalism.
Apex have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They were super quick in providing a quote and then set out a really helpful and clear timeline they could work to. They have been so responsive to all my questions and even took the time to come and meet with the other tenants in my block to explain parts of the work and answer everyone’s’ questions. The customer service has been really brilliant and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone! They made a stressful situation much less so.
