What a wonderful duo. Laura and Tom made the whole process of repairing my motorhome manageable and efficient. Laura even ferried me to a nearby cafe while my van was being fixed. Tom and his team are clearly knowledgeable. Quick to identify and diagnose and a speedy installation of replacement parts. Would highly recommend!!
Even when I’m away travelling, Tom comes to the rescue. Last year, he explained how to re-attach the TV ariel (taken out by a low hanging branch 🤦♀️). This year, it was a tripped RCD that needed attention - along with changing the battery to the clicker to light the gas supply to the fridge. Thank you Tom and Laura for keeping me on the road as well as keeping my Hobby up to scratch.
We have had problems with the oven not heating for some time and previously been told we need a new one, Tom replaced a part and it’s been working better than ever since. He also worked for some hours sorting out and replacing mouse chewed wiring which among other things affected the step and fridge, now both perfect. In fact the fridge wiring had been bridged incorrectly during a previous failed attempt at repair in Dover. Tom and Laura are both very personable and a joy to Beal with.
Excellent service,Friendly and very helpful staff.The best place to take your motorhome for any additional equipment and hab checks.Tom is the man who can repair anything if possible and if not explain the best options.The prices are very good too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
