I have recently started renting with Apex and am really happy so far. I was a bit nervous reading some of these horrible reviews and because of my own negative experiences with rental agencies, but it turned out that there was no need. During the whole process they were helpful and transparent. Any issues/questions I've had since moving in were dealt with quickly and every agent I have spoken to was really friendly and professional.
Honestly I've rented with them for over a year I've reported issues and nothing has been done, I'll be leaving soon I think they treat people terribly and don't trust their renters constantly wanting to come in and do inspections I even had them turn up randomly. Looking at the properties they advertise they seem to have a reputation of disrepaired properties and bank on renters not noticing. Extremely ignorant, sent them an email about their bargoed branch being ignorant but looks like these are just as bad Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house, they wouldn't put up with it so why should I? I have two children who can't use our garden because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since I've had to put up with these
