Just had new triple pane, Alside windows installed today. I am very impressed with this company and the install process. They even get bonus points for installing some broken tiles around our kitchen window that had fallen off, due to moisture from the previous window not being sealed properly. Work was done professionally and they took all the mess with them. No clean up for me. Now I'm even more excited to save $$$, so they can come back and get the other half of our windows replaced! We purchased our windows from Apex in December of 2017 and we still do not have them completed and I can never get anyone to call me back and let me know what is going on with them. Their factory did not make our trim pieces and and they did not get installed with our windows. I have been told they have been reorderd twice and no one has any idea what the name of the factory is or their phone number so I can call and see where my stuff is. The product, craftsmanship, employees, and salesperson for APEX, are all amazing. We have had so many compliments on our new windows, and have noticed a reduction in our power consumption. They also make the house feel more secure, and comfortable. I can never say enough good things about the windows and the people from APEX. Everyone I delt with was helpful, quick to respond, and went above and beyond my expectations. i highly recommend APEX.
Hi, Apex recently installed triple pane Alside windows in our house and we just love them! Having triple pane windows is awesome for energy efficiency and they are stylish too. Apex gave us a 2 year price lock, so we were able to split up the cost! Their crews are very talented at removing/installing and were very respectful of our home. We had our Apex windows installed in October and we have been very happy with our experience. The sliding doors have been a great addition to our living room/ dining room and our bedroom! Our bills have stabled out as have our room temperature. We are very happy with our entire experience.
I am so excited about our new windows!!!! They are absolutely beautiful, I never thought I could say windows were beautiful but they truly are! I LOVE them�
We purchased our widows from APEX in November and they have been great. The air temperature in our house is stable from room to room and the heating no longer comes on all the time. The kids can easily open them in case of emergency. We will buy the rest of the windows for our house in the near future.
Outstanding windows that perform as advertised. They look far better than the 25+ year old windows they've replaced and are noticeably more energy efficient.
