We are very impressed with our new Apex windows and are happy to say that from purchase to installation, we had a great experience. I highly recommend working with David Burrell to purchase your new windows. He's extremely knowledgeable and personable and wonderful to work with. The installation team headed up by James Wignall was also very professional and awesome to work with!
The windows are great. The people that came in install the windows were very friendly and knowledgeable.
We recently were approached by APEX to install windows in our home. I was very sceptical because the last time someone knocked on my door about windows I could have just bought a new house for the price. But after doing my best to be patient and listen to there pitch my Wife and I were sold. The install was a smooth operation and they were complete in a day. I loved the way that the installers came and put the windows in. My house is much quieter and there is no longer any cold air coming in which would leave all that dust! The installers went right to work, and left my house cleaner than it was before! Everyone in my family notices differences with the new windows and everyone at Apex was wonderful to work with!
So we have no other choice but to edit our review. We were very happy and optimistic at first. We bought a new home and had planned On getting new windows from the get go. So when apex showed up and made an appointment with us we agreed to sit down with them. They sold us on their Windows. The first installer team was absolutely horrid and damaged 8/10 windows they installed. The locks on the sashes weren’t secure. Now this is the second appointment they are here in our home. The workers were very friendly and did a great job installing the windows. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards and even showed us how to work all the features of the windows. I can already tell a difference in when I sit near the windows. No breeze!
