5 months… still waiting for our windows. Poor communication. Loved the presentation. Love the look of the windows and loved Kyle. The ball was dropped once we placed the order. Took multiple requests to get CAD drawings. Sad as we had such high hopes for this company based on referrals for friends. Sadly we will now be a negative referral for Apex instead of a glowing endorsement. Would love to get my deposit back and choose another window supplier.

Apex Energy installed custom windows on our house a few years ago. When shopping for additional windows, another (much more reputable company) pointed out that they'd been installed incorrectly. It turns out they used new installation windows, not replacement, and LEFT THE NAILING STRIP ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR SIDING. It is now splitting and curling up (and looks awful). I got a quote from these guys in the past. They were a little on the expensive end so I continued to shop. I went with a different window company. These guys come to my door today and ask about the windows and I tell them I'm getting them installed by someone else. His response was "Well good luck, we will see you in 10 years when your windows fall apart" and then he walked away. This was two employees, one appeared to be younger (maybe traning).
