Apex Energy installed custom windows on our house a few years ago. When shopping for additional windows, another (much more reputable company) pointed out that they'd been installed incorrectly. It turns out they used new installation windows, not replacement, and LEFT THE NAILING STRIP ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR SIDING. It is now splitting and curling up (and looks awful). I got a quote from these guys in the past. They were a little on the expensive end so I continued to shop. I went with a different window company. These guys come to my door today and ask about the windows and I tell them I'm getting them installed by someone else. His response was "Well good luck, we will see you in 10 years when your windows fall apart" and then he walked away. This was two employees, one appeared to be younger (maybe traning). You need a good customer service person to follow up with what had been completed. Cause there is always something needed to be done to satisfy the customer. I have been trying for the last 6 months and no respond!!!
Great windows, good service, energy bills noticeably lower and good looking
we have had our new Apex windows for 2 weeks and we love them. we have trains that go by frequently and the noise has been reduced significantly. also no more dust in my house. the installers were very good and replaced all 9 windows in 6 hours. we are so glad we did this.
