I’ve been genuinely so impressed with Apex Car Rental. The whole process has been smooth and stress-free from the very beginning. Jodie in particular has been absolutely brilliant - so helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted without any hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Apex again and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again to the whole team - keep up the great work!

We cannot recommend Apex enough, from the first enquiry, to the moment the deposit was refunded was flawless and we couldn't have asked for a better service! Every question we had was answered, Amanda made hiring a car as a 'young driver' stress free and so so so simple. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and always quick to answer emails if you have any questions or problems. I Have used Apex for my cars regularly for over ten years. The cars are always of the highest spec and the staff, especially Paul and Jodie have been outstanding and given me a wonderful service over the years... I can't recommend them enough!

Hired a van from Apex rentals in Norwich and I must say what excellent service all the way from booking to return, lovely new van and lovely people behind reception especially Amanda who was very professional in her duties. I cannot wait to hire again from this company who are very good value and excellent at what they do. Well done ++++++
