I had a very good experience with Apex Car Rental. The car I received was brand new and in excellent condition, which made my trip very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. One suggestion: it would be great if there was a mileage package for those who drive less than 1000 miles per month, possibly at a lower price.

From requesting a vehicle to collection, communication was stellar, including advice to make the waiting time on site reduced by sharing information in advance. The car was ready, only 8 miles on the clock, handover was made easier with the young girl assisting in connecting phone to car. A quick and seamless return experience to, definitely will be using Apex in the future. Richard.

The best car hire experience I've ever had. I live in Australia and have previously had issues with car rentals up selling excess insurances at Gatwick, trying to scare you into buying ad ons but Apex were fantastic! Great price, fantastic brand new car Audi A3 and Elise, who we mainly dealt with was fabulous! She made it so easy and so fast! The guys in the office were also great when I rang in. All in all a fantastic experience.
