I bought a rocker cover for my BMW around June/July last year, and unfortunately the part has already failed in less than a year. I contacted the company to explain the situation. Although they responded politely, I was disappointed with the outcome. The product only had a 6-month warranty, and the “discount” offered for a replacement was very minimal (£94.99 down to £90), which doesn’t really reflect goodwill considering the issue. Awful customer service. Bought mud flaps and after two weeks of chasing by email I called and was told the order had been cancelled. No apology and no refund received. I had to log a dispute with PayPal. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
