Warranty Service. They were quick in 2018 to sell me a Haulmark but for the last year I have been trying to get the panels replaced that came apart from the heat. No luck at all. Was told today it has been to long. What happened to the 7 year guarantee on the panels? I used this trailer in a logistics business and figured since they were in Tucson they would be good. Not so I am very disappointed and this month as I go to buy my 3rd trailer in two years you can bet it won’t be a Haulmark and it won’t be anything from APC.

We sent an email in August of 2019 to you stating that the replacement panel had come in from Haulmark's warranty department and to contact us regarding your appointment time. We regretfully never received a call or email to confirm a time. As to our last communication in July 2020 due to the warranty lapsing; Haulmark was no longer willing to cover the panel replacement (as listed in the Owners Manual). Kayla Jordan, went above and beyond. We had a trailer reserved to purchase well something happened and we couldn't get that trailer because they were not coming in and she made sure we could still pick up another trailer the day the other ones were supposed to be there. and we absolutely love the trailer.
I purchased a new cargo trailer for a Polaris General I hadn't bought yet. When I got the General home it didn't fit in the opening of the trailer. It fit if I could magically put it inside though. With that said, I was in dire need of an open bed trailer. I did a lot of research to know I wanted an Aluma Aluminum trailer (There is no substitute, they are the best aluminum trailer). I ordered a trailer from Kayla and because of COVID pandemic her supplier was running behind on production. This wasn't her fault , but the way her and her team responded was absolutely amazing! Kayla contacted me to let me know she had another trailer in that met my needs. She asked me to visit the lot to see if I liked it. Fantastic customer service. Kayla worked to identify an inbound car hauler that met my needs. She kept me informed and once received they had it ready the next day. I will go back to APC when I'm in the market for any additional equipment they provide.
I Just bought this beautiful 14ft Tandem workhorse. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Antonio was very helpful and showed how to safely hook up and maintain it. I would highly recommend this place.
