I had a great experience buying a trailer from them. but when it comes to warranty its a different story. Josh the service guy has a horrible attitude. they won't even look at the trailer to see what the issue is. right away he said that the jack wasn't covered. I can understand if the jack was bent or abused. I was wrong about them. I spoke very highly and recommended them.

Went there today an hour before closing on a day before Thanksgiving to say the least and WOW 🤩 Amazing customers service and quick service too. Susanne helped us when we got there. She was on the ball with everything. Super helpful, quick on loan application to approval and getting the trailer pull and ready for us. APC trailers is a small family owned business that actually takes the time to listen to the customer. they were the only trailer sales business in Tucson that would return my call. They sold me exactly what I was looking for, straight to the point making the transaction very easy. I will definitely be buying trailers from only them from here on out.
personnel are friendly/professional and know their products. Kayla , Josh. as well as the office personnel. did great job. provided flexibility in handling my particular requests. i am happy with Dump trailer product and plan to take landscape trailer in for service.
We were able to get the car hauler we wanted for a great price and with free roadside assistance. The customer service was wonderful; Josh had us in and out with our trailer in no more than 30 minutes.
