Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. We spotted our boiler was leaking water at night. An engineer attended quickly and shut the boiler down. He said it was a simple job and a part needed replacing. He suggested that given the late call-out that labour costs would be over £500 which seemed expensive. Regardless he returned the next day. Avoid at all costs. A simple fix for £1492. Fixing a toilet flash button. We called a company which sent Zac and he asked the money to be transferred in his account. He was in a rush to get out and said we should contact the main company to dispute. He left the job twice to get parts to extend the time so he can charge more. He then claimed you accepted the terms got £1045. Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs. And there isa leak now which was not there before.

Unreliable, don’t appear to meetings in time. Booked 11 am and its 15 past 8 pm and no one showed up. Leaks dont get fixed properly, have to return multiple times. Would not recommend

After being told 45min for engineer. Arrived 2.5hrs later. Agreed to pay the call out fee of £149. Quoted on site £365 + vat to do the repair which was tighten a fitting. Big rip off. Declined thier quote and told them to leave. Now the call out fee becomes £150 + Vat. But they not Vat registered and wont supply vat number. I wounder how many have paid the Vat.
