Absolutely appalling service, no communication whatsoever, had to jump through hoops to get anything done and still several days into my order no goods were forthcoming, had to get my bank to do a chargeback to get any response, abysmal online purchasing experience.
Super happy with the service I received, efficient, quick and I felt they understood my request (travelling to a sub-Saharan country) and prescribed the best medication in case I got sick - plus a LOT more medical supplies which was totally unexpected. It all was delivered very quickly and in a practical ‘medical’ bag which I will absolutely use going for the travelling I do (I travel a lot!). Very easy to use and items arrived quickly
Received my travel pack, which has everything needed, for those unexpected problems. Different antibiotics, creams, dressings etc. We are off to India and this pack was delivered quickly. The first aid bag it came in was also perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. Family, friends and those just checking the site out. Great service. Thank you.
I tried to talk to someone to cancel my order and I didn't succeed, I paid for next day delivery and it arrives after 4 days, wasted time and money, I hope I get my money back
