Genuinely the worst moving company experience I’ve ever had. The movers were 5 hours late, they were not professionally trained to pack anything despite the fact that I paid 300 for a moving service (excluding storage). The movers and the administrators are not in contact with each other, I had to separately pay the driver for extra boxes I needed. Don’t make bookings without telling the customer what your terms and conditions are and only tell them after the fact in order not to refund them. That is deceitful and wrong.
