Excellent service!
I bought my kitten to be checked and they were so scared from how the vets had treated them, they were too rough and hurt them badly when they put the thermometer in. They were misleading in their information and tried to charge me extra. I’ve since taken them to another vet and they were treated with a lot of care and they were so playful throughout their experience and was incredibly social with their new vet. Please be careful with this practice as they’ve mislead us and we don’t want others to be misled as well.
Took our dog here back in February. Saw a locum vet who was not thorough in her examination and showed lack of compassion. Prescribed an Amazon product that did not have the correct ingredients to treat his chronic skin condition. 2 weeks later when his condition was worse and after very expensive blood tests, phoned me to suggest a liver scan for an extortionate amount of money. When I said I would take him elsewhere for a second opinion she said I would need to have it done urgently as my dog was seriously ill...so serious... read more
I'm extremely disappointed with the experience at Ver Practice in Coulsdon. I was quoted £400 for a single X-ray—an absolutely extortionate fee, especially considering that even private human healthcare doesn't typically charge that much. It's hard not to feel like this pricing takes advantage of people's emotional attachment to their pets. Of course we want the best for our animals, but this kind of pricing feels exploitative rather than compassionate. Always running late! The parking is absolutely ridiculous! The practice it’s self for a private practice isn’t clean and always smells bad. Half the staff don’t seem to know what there doing! I would totally avoid this practice being as it’s a private vets also and spend your money on a nice clean parking available vets! Absolute joke this practice is! The waiting time are ridiculous and the small enclosed practice where your sitting on top of everyone is a joke! Plus if you’re allergic to cats! All they have is a silly litt... read more
