This is an awful surgery, getting an appointment is nigh impossible and if you do get an appointment they will gaslight, gatekeep and GP their way through the conversation. Was told by a nurse that a skin tag was skin cancer. Have had them withholding medication from my two asthmatic family members.

I love this place and have been coming here for years, The GPs have always been great, environment peaceful, however there is one receptionist who treated my mum very poorly yesterday (2nd November around 5:10) she was on her phone and wouldn’t book my mum an appointment even though she had walked 25 mins to get to the GP, rudely telling her she’d need to come back again as the system was “full” I was just able to book her an appointment there so I can’t understand why she was unable to or why she was so nasty, seemed she ju... read more

Great practice. Has always been helpful getting myself and family appointments when necessary. From the reception staff to the doctors, everyone is great

I've been with this doctors for 10 years or more, in that time I've had two babies .anytime I ring about the kids they are seen and same with my self if I'm honest.this doctors has been open all though the pandemic assessments on people as they ring and if they need seen they are seen that day .don't no what more the public wants brilliant staff who are over worked under paid .hope they get some relief soon 😌
