Whoohoo! We are the proud owners of one of Antler’s new homes. What a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the build and the manner in which our change requests were made has been outstanding. I big shoutout to Danielle Costin too in handling any post-sale snags has been fantastic. Great communication and follow through. Thank you to all at Antler Homes.
I recently purchased a home with Antler and would highly recommend. I fell in love with the house the moment I walked in (it was the show home at the time) the way the homes are designed in terms of lay out and fixtures etc was perfect. Outside of this on completion I was provided with a lovely house warming gift which really did just add a nice touch. Everyone I have dealt with at antler have all be extremely polite and helpful, specifically me for me Jay and Danielle who have been most involved with my purchase.
Build completion was many months late. Snag list was long and took many months of chasing to get fixed. One month after moving in; our heating system failed and stopped working completely. It took Antler 5 months to fix the problem. They don’t understand heat pumps or modern heating systems. Customer Service is terrible and they are frustratingly slow to resolve any issues.
