I went to Anthony Volkswagen when my Passat went into gearbox emergency mode. They were extremely helpful in identifying the issue on short notice and suggested price for the repair (mechatronic replacement) was fair. Unfortunately the parts wouldn’t have arrived in time before the end of our vacation and returning to Germany, hence they didn’t do the repair. But I wouldn’t have hesitated one moment to let them do the repair if parts were available. Professional, good and honest communication.
This garage and its staff have been amazing!! Highly recommended!! Within only one visit my new Volkswagen TCross which was bought from another local garage was fixed professionally without fuss by Anthony Motors. Andy and his team were so friendly and honest! Unfortunately, not all garages are so honest from my recent unfortunate experiences! Absolutely amazing service from our initial enquiry to purchase a New T6.1 Kombi to Handover and collection today Justin and Andy were very helpful and knowledgeable the whole process was a relaxing experience fantastic customer care nothing is any trouble for the team we had a very detailed handover experience were we were given a detailed explanation of all the instruments etc I can honestly say it was definitely worth the three hour train journey Thanks
