Booked my vehicle in for mot, service and investigation of a battery drain in November 2023. MOT was done. Service wasn’t done. Battery drain was found to be the drivers door lock. Booked in again 15 Dec 23 for service and fix door lock. Neither of these things were done despite having vehicle all day. Booked in again, third time now, for service and door lock.
