Dominic and his team were responsive to my request for a valuation. He was flexible and adaptable to my time scales, and he took care explaining his marketing strategy and rationale for the valuation of my property. He went above and beyond, continuing to be responsive with any additional questions I had outside of office hours. All in all, really good customer service. He was the only agent to make the point that as a seller, I would be the client of AJT.
Really great service on our house sale from Ben at AJ Turner. Couldn’t have been more helpful at every point - calm, polite, and persistent where necessary. Ben gave us an honest valuation for a price that would see it sold in a difficult market, rather than telling us an optimistic number to get the instruction and then have it sit unsold for months. We particularly valued his local connections with conveyancers, movers, and other agencies.
