I attempted to get an appointment as a new patient. My former doctor recommended Dr. Jones. I called and left a message and didn't get a call back. I sent an email later in the day and still didn't get a response. 2.5 days later I sent a text message and got a response. I decided that the lack of communication by the office staff was deeply concerning, especially when it comes to someone's health. This physician has lost touch with being a doctor as his private practice has grown. Wait times for appointments, and getting messages answered are awful. This doctors diagnose without running the proper tests nearly cost my life and has left me permanently handicap, but I have not even gotten a courtesy phone call to inquire what did.
