Noise Pollution, Aging Bathrooms, Poor Maintenance I unfortunately was misled by the myriad of positive reviews about this apartment complex by various sites like this one. Contrastingly, Anthem House is significantly older than its competing counterparts, making it very overpriced. Due to its poor construction materials, noise pollution in certain units, particularly in those ending in 29, mean you will hear every step and door close your neighbors make at all hours of the day. Verified Renter I love living at Anthem House! The staff are absolutely great and have really made my experience living here better than any of my previous apartments. The leasing staff and front desk staff are very responsive to emails and concerns. They are also very accomodating for pet sitters when my husband and I are out of town. They are so pleasant and always there to greet me when I walk in the building!
Verified Renter I'm so happy I chose Anthem! I feel safe and love the neighborhood. The staff is all very friendly and willing to stop what they are doing to help you! The amenities have a WOW factor. From the libraries full of books, to the amazing gym and pool- you have space to wander and exist outside your apartment, which are beautiful. I have a dog and its been great to walk and find new places and parks. We love it here!

Verified Renter Great amenities, great location, and building maintenance responds very quickly - usually same day. Has a garage and is very close to many retail shops. Two grocery stores within walking distance as well (Giant and Harris Teeter at time of review).
