Verified Renter Anthem House is a warm, supportive community. All concierge staff and Leasing Office greet residents with smiles and kindness. The amenities are excellent with a gym that is better than any gym I have seen. Other residents are friendly. Anthem House offers many events for residents to mingle.

Verified Renter I’ve been a tenant at this building since the end of January . In May my apartment flooded causing approximately 5000 in damages due to the buildings negligence. There was an issue with the windows in the den in my apartment that they had not completely fixed prior to me moving in. It’s been a month since then . It took almost a week and half to coordinate when they’d fix my apartment.
