Verified Renter Overall the apartment is nice, and offers great views of the city. The maintenance of the building has been lacking and the community events for residents which the used to have dwindled.

Verified Renter I love living here, however, there are frequent issues with the elevator in my building being out of service which keeps me from giving 5 stars, but they are quite communicative about the problems.

Verified Renter Over the past 2 months of living here, the only elevator is broken 50% of the time with no concessions for the inconvenience. Its a really freaking huge inconvenience living on a higher floor. Had to keep postponing large furniture deliveries after moving in & was almost charged a storage fee when the elevator was broken for over 2 weeks straight. Five Stars I had a wonderful experience living at Anthem House. The location is convenient and amenities are excellent. What truly sets it apart though is the concierge, Bonnie. She was always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her kindness made living at Anthem House an absolute pleasure. I will miss seeing her friendly face!
