The staff are very friendly and responsive, the location is perfect - close to lots of great restaurants, and the amenities offers everything I need. The concierge is available 24/7, which has been wonderful, for after hours help and the feeling of security. I have also been enjoying the little perks, like resident appreciation days. Verified Renter Bonnie and Judy at the front desk are amazing! The leasing office has been super responsive and accommodating. Too many amenities to list and the neighborhood is an absolute gem! The unit is largely as expected, with a huge amount of cabinet space, which we love. We are on the Fort Ave side of the building and the trains and sirens from the Fire station down the street can be heard pretty clearly in the unit with the windows closed. Verified Renter The elevator in A2 frequently out of service which can be a hindrance and also having to park across the street an anthem house due to lack of parking in the A2 garage is tough especially in the winter and with groceries but otherwise it’s been pleasant living here
