Verified Renter I have great experience with the building management team. Sometimes there are problems with the apartment here and there, but everytime when I submitted a ticket, the problem got fixed on the same day!

Verified Renter Beautiful views and nice and personable staff. Amenities are lacking, TVs will be broken for months on end with no communication. Pool suddenly switched to residents having to pay for guests to use pool with no warning.

Verified Renter Absolutely love living at Anthem House. The community is very friendly, the staff are wonderful and the vibe is always positive and warm. The amenities, especially the gym, are also state of the art, and you can't beat the Anthem House pool on a Baltimore summer day! Really happy with my apartment here and hope to stay in the building for a while.
