Verified Renter I am loving here at Anthem House. The building is stunning with the floor layouts and amenities. It’s a great community too. I love having Amber downstairs to unwind after a long day of work as well as the other retailers in the building. You can’t beat the location too!

Very nice apartment. Great view of harbor and domi... Very nice apartment. Great view of harbor and domino sugar. Noise is surprising light. Great amenities. Great concierge. Sooo much cabinet space in the kitchen.

So far staff has been responsive, the neighbors ha... So far staff has been responsive, the neighbors have been friendly, and the dogs are well behaved. On move in day the apartment was clean with little to no issues around the apartment. I personally enjoy the modern look of the apartment and the view from my living room.

The value we’re getting out of the apartment has b... The value we’re getting out of the apartment has been waning over the last few years. It used to be great, very well maintained, clean, and communicative staff. However now it takes a lot longer to get common area maintenance requests done, the dog park has gotten disheveled, and the staff forgets to return calls and follow up on things they promised to.

Really enjoy the community, it's a great location... Really enjoy the community, it's a great location. The staff is super nice and helpful. The gym here rivals any one you might pay for. Can't wait for the pool to open again.
