I lived as an Anthea tenant for 3 years and they've got some of the worst houses I have ever lived in. Their houses have a wide list of problems including wall cracks, leaks and moulding on walls, windows with double glazed window leaks, zero sound insulation, inconsistent hot water, inefficient electricity in shared facilities and a dumping ground for Anthea Lettings waste full of mattresses, fridge freezers, boxes, toilets, windows, stoves and other types of recycled furniture.
