This practice gave my mum an emergency appointment for her lower back as she was due to take the plane the day after. Absolutely fantastic service both from the friendly receptionists and nurse Jane. I’m relieved to know my mum won’t be travelling in pain. A big thank you!
Delightful and kind reception staff and good doctors. The doctors are doing a great job and work long after the surgery closes for the day. We are so lucky in this area.
The doctors are forever changing, you have to call at 8.30 am, (if you're caller anything after caller #10 then you'll have to try again tomorrow as "all the spaces are full"), just to get a call from a doctor, no going to see a doctor these days, and they really don't care. Go to this surgery for anything and all you'll get is prescriptions, sent to your chemist, and everything after that will just be more and more pills. I have had a mixed experience with this practice so much so that I no longer feel at ease with speaking to the receptionists in particular over the phone, many times my call is not answered or I get cut off and when I do finally get through I still haven't managed to get a doctor's appointment. I am supposed to check in at the practice regularly but I would rather avoid the process.
