If I could rate the surgery any lower I would! The service and care is diabolical. I got tests results and these go on my NHS App but the surgery doesn't always call to go through the results with you and I had to chase them up to make an appointment to speak to a doctor. The various receptionists gave me different stories once I need to speak to a doctor which worried me then another said it was all OK and no further action was necessary.
